Accesories

Since most of the big wedding stuff is done (dress[es], venue, catering, photographer) I'm starting to focus a little more on the little stuff. The stuff that, in the end, I will probably not really notice anyway but it is those little things that are so essential. So whats on my short list?


- Flower girl basket (hate the boring white satin laced basket, and plastic flowers are a big NO GO!)
- Ring bearer pillow (again, hate the white pillow, want something different. Maybe a baseball hat? I don't know)
- Cake server set (honestly, I think this is stupid. Wouldn't the cake company have one we can use?)
- Aisle Runner (this is a 50/50. The grounds we are getting married on are concrete leading up to stairs where we will actually say our vows and I don't want anything to take away from the beautiful picturesque view, might line the aisle with lemons, lots and lots of lemons.)
- Vases and sand for the Sand Ceremony ($10 and we're out the door, don't care what they look like or anything.)
- A garter (Diamondbacks theme would be awesome)
- A glass for wine or juice for communion during the ceremony (This is Mike's idea. All during discussing the wedding communion never really came up, and then when we were meeting with Pastor Williams ,POW! Communion. There it was in front of us smack in the face. Bread and wine and a goblet and an extra table. I was shocked. But in a good way. Thanks for the great idea babe!!
- A headband or something for my hair, like so:

P.S. Cars suck. Mine took a dive to the deep end this morning. She needs new brakes, tires, alignment, an oil change and windshield wipers. yay.
