Update

I'll admit this to you. I've been a terrible blogger-keeper-upper. With work, and endless amounts of wedding stuff to be taken care of, the little free time I have is to spend it with the Mister, and the personal trainer.

Things with the wedding have all of the sudden exploded (in a good way). I spent hours at my dads going over tasks to be delegated, questions to ask the event coordinator at the venue, and our to-do lists. I feel uber productive and I love it. I'm meeting with the coordinator on Friday to talk about the boring stuff (PA systems, dimensions of the rooms...etc).

This weekend we also tackled half of the save the dates. Thanks mom! They turned out really really awesome. I can't wait to get them in the mail and let people know that YES we are finally getting married.

Sorry about the horrible picture. Camera phone is the worst!

These are the STD's. The yellow sheet with the chandelier will be a magnet. The little white slips of paper have our information, our wedding website and a quote on them. These are all hand made (other than the little cards, those are from Moo)

This weekend we also celebrated my birthday, again, with a family party. We went to Cibo. That place is ah-maz-ing! The party was awesome, but I'm glad the birthday festivities are over. Felt like it was my birthday for 2 weeks now.

The month of March is amazing in Arizona. Earlier in the month it was close to 90 degrees. Today its around 70. In four days Mike and I will be celebrating our THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! It feels like just yesterday when we first met. I begged Mikes brother to give my cell number to him and to call me. And a day (or two) later he called. Invited me to a movie and the rest is history. We saw Failure to Launch on a Saturday night at Arizona Mills (We both kept the ticket stubs). I was wearing the ugly green sweatshirt, and to top it off the ugly green shoes. Thank God he liked my personality 'cause my clothes were fug. He didn't kiss me. But a few nights later, on our second date, the kiss happened. I honestly knew from that moment that I wanted to stay with him forever. And now we are smack in the middle of planning our wedding and getting married in 8 months and 5 days.

Whew... I'm a lucky lady.
