Halloween

Having a three month old bambina can really tamper with your Halloween plans.  Husband worked in the evening, therefore it was up to me to care to baby and hand out candy, pretty much at the same time.  I was going to take her around, just for a walk and not to collect candy but I love trick-or-treaters.  I love the costumes and the kids and their parents and I love it all...so we stayed home.

I dressed up the baby as a pumpkin.  I found the costume at Target for like $9.  It included a thermal type material body suit, a hat and two little booties.  My girl is looking a little like a boy, and I think its because of the chub. People must not think that baby girls can be chubby too. So I put a little hair clip on the "stem" of her hat and we just hung out. I scarfed a ton of candy and watched the Saints/Steelers game and she chewed on candy wrappers and her hands all night.

I'd say for our very first Halloween, it was a successful one. I think she feels that way too.
