1. Drink a beer
2. Go in a hot tub
3. Get a real massage
4. Sleep on my stomach
5. Eat sushi
6. Have more than a small glass of red wine
7. Play softball
8. Wear normal clothes with no elastic in them
9. Sleep through the night without having to get up and pee at least 4 times a night
10. Get my psycho emotions back in check
11. Put my rings back on
12. Shave
13. Walk normally
